The AccuCure Line products are innovative UV light sources targeted toward for high-volume manufacturing processes. AccuCure Line is based on high intensity LED light engines providing extreme flexibility for on-demand custom intensities at different points within the line. They are fully functional turnkey devices including the LED light engines, controller, optional monitor, and power supply. They have a variety of applications including UV cure, adhesive, drying, and visualizations.

AccuCure Lines can be cascaded to provide longer or wider areas. The intensities of the LEDs are easily controlled by the built-in controller. The intensities can be adjusted at each segment of the line resulting in extreme control of the intensity pattern. Furthermore, the intensities may be either static or dynamic. In static mode, the pre-configured intensities remain the same throughout the operation. In dynamic mode, the intensities may vary based on a time profile. The controller contains optional active monitoring capabilities where the intensity may be monitored at multiple locations during the cure process. This monitoring feedback ensures the cure dosage for the most demanding cure processes.

The operation and intensity of AccuCure Line may be simply preset or dynamically configured by an external PC or PLC. A simple-to-navigate PC utility enables an external PC (or PLC) to pre-configure the intensity map and time profile in advance. Once the Line is pre-configured, it may operate without intervention by the PC. Furthermore, it accepts input trigger signals to synchronize the Line operation with an external event (such as product moving in a conveyor system).
