AccuCure Panels are innovative large area UV light sources intended for applications requiring UV curing of large area materials. These panels present extreme flexibility in providing on-demand custom intensities for different sections of the panel. AccuCure Panels are fully functional, turnkey devices including the UV light panel, controller, monitor, and power supply. These cure panels have a variety of applications including cure, adhesive, drying, and visualizations.

A tiled arrangement provides a two dimensional array of LEDs. Larger panels may be created by tiling multiple panels in both X and Y directions. The intensities of each LED can be easily controlled by the built-in pixel controller. Furthermore, the intensities may be either static or dynamic. In static mode, a pre-configured intensity remains constant throughout the operation. In dynamic mode, intensities may vary based on a time profile. The controller contains optional active monitoring of the intensity of the panel at multiple locations during the cure process. This monitoring ensures a accurate cure dosage for the most demanding cure processes.

The operation and intensity of AccuCure Panel may be preset or dynamically configured by an external PC or PLC. A simple-to-navigate PC utility enables an external PC (or PLC) to pre-configure the intensity map (pixel by pixel) and time profile in advance. Once the panel is pre-configured, it may operate without intervention by the PC. Furthermore, AccuCure Panel accepts input trigger signals to synchronize the panel operation with an external event, such as product moving on a conveyor. The built-in intensity patterns include the following profiles: flat, single ramp up, single ramp down, dual ramp up and down, and custom via external PC.
