Digital Light Lab is proud to introduce the AccuMeter Portable for measurement and characterization of long photo/thermal curing tunnels. The AccuMeter Portable is a self contained, miniaturized, battery-operated multi-channel radiometer device. It is intended for measuring UV and visible optical radiations and temperature for photo/thermal cure tunnels in high volume manufacturing facilities. The unit then can easily be placed on a conveyor system and allowed to travel through the cure tunnel to collect and store the temperature and light intensity of the photo/thermal curing parameters in a programmable time sequence. All the measurements are calibrated with NIST traceability. The AccuMeter Portable comes with companion PC software which allows for the display and storage of intensity and temperature profiles. |
