support for everything that we sell.
Calibrations
Accurate light delivery and measurement requires accurate calibrations. All of our
calibrations are 100% NIST traceable. We provide calibration reports on request and can
easily discuss our calibration methods and specifications with your technical team. We
maintain our calibration standards to NIST specifications. All calibrations and
re-calibrations are performed in-house by our trained experts.
Warranty
All Digital Light Lab products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty against
materials and workmanship. The length of the warranty varies by product. We stand
behind what we sell.
Maintenance Agreements
We also provide comprehensive maintenance agreements for all of our products. A
maintenance agreement can cover everything from hardware, software, firmware,
calibrations, upgrades, and technical support, or can cover just what is desired. Again,
we stand behind what we sell.
