Description:
Digital Light Lab’s AccuCure Panel technology utilizes an array of UV-C through Visible wavelength LEDs in a 350mm x 170mm aperture.
Our LED systems deliver uniform irradiance. Designed for curing, inspection, R&D, medical devices, and industrial processing. They offer precise control, energy efficiency, instant on/off capability with no warm up, and longer operational life. We offer a wide variety of wavelengths, from UV-C through Visible, and Panel sizes which may be custom ordered for OEM applications with no MOQs.
Narrow output spectrum is one of the primary benefits of LED curing systems over other technologies. Whereas other systems produce a variety of UV emission peaks and IR outputs that do not cure the product and may actually harm the substrate, LEDs provide a much more energy efficient, targeted cure. Additionally, the upfront cost of LEDs is offset by much lower operating energy and maintenance costs.
AccuCure Panels are available with a variety of Controller options including industry-standards 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V control, temperature monitoring, software control of the system well suited for research and development processes, timer, and manual dial control, all allowing for infinitely adjustable intensity settings.
Available Wavelengths:
